Gala Is Love, the worst customer experience.

Beautiful Mexican brand of fine jewelry.
Gala is a designer from Tijuana, who apparently has been in Mexico City for 7 years, I say apparently, because this was one of the only three phrases she dedicated to me.
Located in the Colonia Cuauhtémoc, in one of the most beautiful streets of the neighborhood, next to the Milan market, which is the most welcoming place you will find, since the manager of the Gala firm does not pay much attention to its clientele, unless you are assiduous or her personal friend.
It is a small show room, where you can appreciate her jewels, in addition to being able to have unique pieces, since it only makes one piece of each thing, of course, except for its classics, gold or silver necklaces with arrow hearts, pink gold flamingos earrings, rings with diamonds, emeralds or tourmalines, and more beauties than we women are passionate about.

It is a real shame, since the pieces of jewelry, besides being perfect and with great variety and quality, are a great representation of the beaches, colors, and could even say our country's flavors.
But, well, what did I buy? One beautiful earrings with turquoise and 14k yellow gold. The price, right (not good, just right), due to the quality and work, the exclusivity of being the only one that has those earrings and the way to their show room. (Making it clear, it's by appointment, you can not just get there).

The good: Only the earrings.
The bad: The bad treatment, the bad manners, and the null attention to your needs.
The worst: An attempt to clone my credit card, apparently from its payment devices. So in my experience, this is the first and only time I’ll ever buy something from Gala, since it is anything but love.
